Founder | Pediatric & Prenatal Osteopath
Tessa Lang-Larson
Tessa is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. She specializes in pediatric and prenatal Osteopathy. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2021 and obtained her Infant Care specialization in 2023. Prior to that she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, with a Minor in Psychology from McMaster University, where she graduated with Honors in 2016.

Mia DiCostanzo - On Maternity Leave
Mia is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She is currently on Maternity Leave. Anne Pretty will be covering Mia's practice until she returns in 2027.

Anne Pretty
With a scientific background in anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology, Anne approaches osteopathy through an evidence-informed lens. Her interest in natural health and practical experience with gardening and landscaping deepen her appreciation and understanding of how movement, lifestyle, and environment influence the body and how it then adapts to various stresses.

Speech Language Pathologist
Ashley Cole
Ashley is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist (CASLPO) with Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from McMaster University. She works with children and adolescents across a wide range of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language delays, literacy, social communication, fluency, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Registered Massage Therapist
Vanessa Roughley
Vanessa is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She Graduated with Honour's from Trillium College in January 2020. Vanessa brings her experience working in the fitness industry for 15 years and a variety of advanced techniques including, cupping, joint mobilization, IASTM, MAT, with a special interest in Lymphatic Drainage.

Dr. Holly Astrom is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for helping children and adults uncover the root causes of their health concerns. She believes that by supporting the body's natural healing processes and addressing the factors contributing to illness, patients can achieve lasting improvements in their health and well-being.

Registered Physiotherapist
Jenn Evans
Jenn is a registered physiotherapist and member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Jenn is based primarily in the GTA; however, she is offering paediatric physiotherapy at Foundations Family Wellness Centre on a monthly basis in the new year. Her treatment approach is hands-on, energetic, and customized to each child, with treatment goals established in collaboration with the parents / caregivers.

Emily Lowry
Emily was born and raised in Bobcaygeon and completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2022. Since graduating, she has continued to pursue a variety of postgraduate courses to further refine her skills and provide the highest quality care to her patients. Emily has completed multiple pelvic health training courses, including Levels 1 and 2, equipping her to assess and treat a wide range of pelvic health conditions.​

Alexis Hamilton
Alexis ia a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) focusing on perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, trying to conceive, infertility, parenthood and pregnancy loss. She also supports clients experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that can arise during these deeply tender seasons of life. If you’re looking for a therapist who will walk alongside you with warmth and respect, She’d be glad to connect.

Tina is a Registered Psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience specializing in peadiatric and family mental health. She works with children, adolescents, and families to navigate challenges related to emotional well-being, behavioural issues, and family dynamics.

Myofunctional Therapist
Paige Anderson
Paige is a Registered Dental Hygienist, a Myofunctional Therapist and a Certified Myo Munchee Provider.
Paige graduated from Algonquin College in 2018, and furthered her education and training related to orofacial myofunctional therapy in 2023.
